NEW Watch! + How to Style

The time has finally come: Bravelets' Time to Be Brave Watch is available! This is has been a great season of products for Bravelets, so we are very happy to introduce this new watch to you! You can shop this style here.

I personally LOVE the watch and I can't wait to have one in every color (okay, maybe that's a tad excessive...). I keep daydreaming about how to wear this watch. It's so versatile, especially since it comes in all of our 16 available colors. So, I put my imagination and love for bracelets to use and styled the watch in a couple different ways to show y'all.

What follows is called an Arm Party. I was really scared of the mystical and fashionable arm party for quite awhile. I didn't know what bracelets to include! I wasn't sure if I even had the right bracelets! But after searching the topic vigorously on Pinterest, I have come to one conclusion: Just like a regular party, there should be no rules to an arm party.

With that being said, I do have some suggestions for your Bravelets arm party! Nowadays I rarely leave the house without one, so let me regale you with my extensive knowledge of stacking bracelets.

Bravelets bracelets used: Gold Signature Bar, Silver Audrey, Pink Original Rope, Army Green Friendship, Light Blue Audrey, Light Blue and Grey Amelia, Burgundy Audrey, Black Amelia.
Bravelets Watch colors used: Dark Blue, Lime Green, Pearl White

As you can see, there are simple arm parties and busy arm parties! You can do lots of color, B&W, and mix and match the type of bracelet. The best part about the Time to Be Brave Watch is how it makes a PERFECT focal point for your arm party! The key to any good arm of bracelets is balance and fit, if it's a bigger piece (i.e. bangles, large beads) place it farther up your arm. You can do a lot of the same type of bracelets or all different styles!

Make sure to show us how you are styling your Time to Be Brave Watches, comment below when you get yours in the mail!

Be brave,

It's National Kidney Month + More March Awareness

Tips for keeping your kidneys healthy:

  • Hydrate, remember 4-6 glasses of water a day!
  • Exercise, or simply move a little every day! (Get those steps in!!)
  • Eat healthy, remember your fruits and veggies.
  • Don't smoke, that's a given, c'mon!
  • Don't overdo it with over-the-counter medications, they can really do a number on your liver.
  • If you think you might be at risk for Kidney Disease, then schedule a screening.

“If you have either diabetes or high blood pressure, your physician should screen for kidney dysfunction as part of routine care for those conditions,” Dr. Simon says.

Here are the other main awareness months in March:

  • National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month
  • National Endometriosis Awareness Month
  • Red Cross Month
  • National MS Education and Awareness Month
And we will be rallying support for these causes all month! Tell all your friends and family about your cause and how to show support (maybe wearing some Bravelets bracelets!)
