- Staying organized is key. If you want to get back in shape in 2016, you must schedule in some time for you to take care of yourself. Whether that is a daily gym visit or an hour with a yoga mat in your living room on the weekends is up to you!
- Take baby steps. No one can quit a bad habit cold turkey or learn a new language in a day! Make a plan of action for you and your resolutions. This will ease you into your new routine and make accomplishing your goals that much easier.
- Write it down. Studies have shown that if you write your resolutions and goals down, you have a higher chance of keeping them! I know that around mid-February I start to lose steam...but if I write my goals down I am held more accountable for becoming a better me.
